Bad Here Day
and
The Fox and The Donkey

November 20, 21, and 22, 2014

8:00pm Joe Goode Annex.
401 Alabama St. San Francisco.

Fog Beast presents an evening of dance theater with the San Franisco premier of Bad Here Day and the restaging of The Fox and the Donkey.

Bad Here Day engages audiences with casual rituals, somber songs, speed dances and memorials to short lived trends. Six performers sing and dance in the freedom of a culture sped up by technological advancement, while intermittently mourning at a funeral service for the death of the un- stimulated moment.

The Fox and the Donkey (2013) is a bold modern fable of love, hunting, contracted labor and wildness. It examines the complex relationship between the natural and domesticated worlds and questions our emotional connectivity to what is wild in our world and in ourselves.
